Away from the bustling Glen Iris shopping strip on a safe, quiet and leafy street sits your new community of timeless red brick townhouses.

These are modern designs that fit into the fabric of Glen Iris, at home in one of Melbourne’s charming neighborhoods and only a few minutes stroll away from the village with everything you need.

At the end of your street sits a park, one of many that’s only a few tree-lined streets away. Gardiners Creek Cycling trail goes all the way into the city and public transport is plentiful. Access to Burwood Train Station is a short walk away and alternatively, the 75 citybound tram is conveniently located on Toorak Road. Good schools and kindergartens are plentiful, and on Alfred Road you’re in the catchment for Hartwell Primary. Deakin University and PLC are also close by.

Finally, if you’re tired of your relaxing leafy surrounds, Chadstone is always just a few minutes down the road. Although we suspect once you move into Kindred, you won’t be wanting to leave too often.
